Service went well this time. It was completed by lunch hour which is amazing. Staff who attended to me was very friendly and she kept me up to date of the progress. Thank you BMW.

The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They arranged a taxi to take me home and pick me up the next day as they needed my car overnight. They kept in touch to let me know what was happening and were really friendly as they did so!

Service team weren't the friendliest when I droppped my car off in the morning however the lady I think kacey her name was when I picked my car up was much nicer and understanding. Every time I call the branch it's always a rude response.

Work was carried out as requested and agreed and was swift and on schedule. One issue to mention.... if you offer the client a complimentary car wash, please wash the whole car.......!!!!
