When I complained about the estimated time the girl dealing with me suggested I walk down to the local retail park. Cold, windy, possible rain and a 20 minute walk there and a 20 minute walk back on my own.
The repair took a long time and I was given the car back without any repair being done but an invoice and health check that said it had been. Difficult to rely on the management processes that failed to communicate accurate information.
Poor cleaning on the car - boot and exterior weren't well done
I was very satisfied with the work carried out and the price if a down side it took longer than anticipated and as i was waiting it seemed quite a long while.
Brakes still have not been fixed!
The checks should have been done as part of the sales process which weren't hence I had to take the car back to get the ambient lighting working. Niether did they have the parts or the courtesy to call and inform me, the issue is still outstanding.

PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPUTOR ON THE CAR NOT SOLVED NOW THE SUBJECT OF A COMPLAINT TO BMW AS TOLD THERE FAULT
The Service Department did the work at the time specified and no problems have occurred.
Service Engineers were polite and helpful and did the job at the arranged time.
Special mention to Megan Tombs for her kind help and advice on the work required and follow up help and courtesy on the day from Kirsty in service and Dean who collected and returned the car. Also a big thank you for the excellent valeting.
As above, took a bit longer than expected and book partially filled in otherwise it would be 5/5
Given the opportunity to use a paid for taxi home and return was a service that is very useful and made my visit a very comfortable one
Everything completed effecty
Car was bought in for the second time to have a technician diagnose the rumbling rattle from the front right suspension, but was told it is a 'feature' that is standard on cars with adaptive dynamics. I was then asked to pay a diagnostics fee.
Only came in for a run in service, booked in ok and car finished efficiently. On arrival very busy and no where to park, didn't feel comfortable leaving my new M$ anywhere in case of it getting bumped in a crowded car park.

Couldn't give an accurate time to collect car and no courtesy car available
They offer a free car cleaning service.... To which was completed very poorly. Wax was left on my drivers and passengers windows. I could barely see through the windows on my drive home pitch black after 6pm. My foot well was also full of leaves.
On the positive side all staff encountered were friendly and competent and the face to face interractions were strong. On the negative the booking process was unreliable with me recieving several text messages relating to the wrong garage and vehicle

Your service department were very helpful and did exactly what they said they would do...Id had a issue re brake pads etc.
