I booked in for MOT and a vehicle recall check. This was completed and a taxi was arranged for me to travel onwards to work after dropping my car off that morning. Communication from the dealership was good throughout the day.

Very poor despite my car going to the garage at 0900 i wasnt told until 1500 that i needed three new tyres. I felt like a hindrance when i asked why after 6 hours this was reported. The price for the tyres was then accessive also.

Generally satisfied, costing and estimates were always transparent but I sometimes wonder if I'm getting the best value for money, particularly on the cost of replacement parts. I did like the free pick-up taxi service, very handy and convenient.

The collection and delivery was very good unfortunately when the driver returned the car at 2.00 pm to my wife he said she was lucky to to get the car returned so early I wouldn’t of thought it was his place to talk to the customer in that way
