My car wasn't washed or vacuumed when I collected it, a bit disappointed, couldn't fault everything else
Dealer didn't check my vehicle type so the service technician trained in hybrid cars was not available at my booked service time.
My car was serviced as required and I took advantage of the complementary wash and vac service.
No problems over the years
The end of warranty check gave rise to no problems and the car was washed and vacuumed for me.
Complementary wash and vac was appreciated but if you're going to do it do it properly and don't leave water marks all over and be thorough ( missed area ) or don't do it at all
MOT was fine but car also needs a service which couldn't be done on the same day as they were too busy.
Attentive customer service with vehicle work completed with timescale advised
Car serviced fine but the costs quoted for a replacement tyre was excessive and paperwork gave wrong tyre size. Obtained two exact replacement tyres for £360 against your quote of £255 for one, albeit for the wrong and smaller tyre.
The team at Stafford were amazing as usual, used and new teams looking for the best deal for us and taking our old BMW in exchange without any financial penalty was great. Then to find a cash incentive for a recall on the px got us a new car.
Completely unsatisfied for the third time in a row we have collected a vehicle to find oil marks on the interior of the car. We are completely At last now and have even purchased a car from another dealership as we just have no faith in them.
I was dealt with well by the lady in the service department and the work undertaken on my vehicle was satisfactory.

The dealer ability to communicate effectively is lacking, not returning calls or calling in the late afternoon to advise of an issue is not helpful.

Totally satisfied, the car was booked in at the last minute and was completed on time with no fuss.
There was a delay in my car being ready & there were scratches on the LHS of the vehicle upon collection. They will be polished out by Knights when my car is back in for warranty work on exhaust & infotainment screen.

I assured them that I hadn't , the reply was that they were not there at the time and that I had to take up the matter with BMW warranty ??? I was told the depot manager couldn't help either ??? I asked for the service manager to call me . See below

Like being able to book a service online, good customer service.
Fair price and no indication of finding things wrong to squeeze money from customers. I asked for the next & previous buttons on the steering wheel to be made to work and this was not achieved (have never worked). Orange engine warning light sorted.
