There was a delay in my car being ready & there were scratches on the LHS of the vehicle upon collection. They will be polished out by Knights when my car is back in for warranty work on exhaust & infotainment screen.

I assured them that I hadn't , the reply was that they were not there at the time and that I had to take up the matter with BMW warranty ??? I was told the depot manager couldn't help either ??? I asked for the service manager to call me . See below

Was kept waiting far to long to drop off a key and pick it up again, probably around 20-25 mins each end
Fair price and no indication of finding things wrong to squeeze money from customers. I asked for the next & previous buttons on the steering wheel to be made to work and this was not achieved (have never worked). Orange engine warning light sorted.
Good and efficient............was reasonably priced

I asked twice about why my sat nav was not updating. The final answer was I have to download something and then install it- which I tried unsuccessfully to do. I then looked in the in car menu and it says auto updates until 07.2020- I am disappointed
on this occasion again cannot question anything regarding my end of warranty check, MOT and service

Could not collect my car on the date that was agreed at because the sales person I did my car deal with wasn't happy to her credit with the job the body shop had made of repairing a few scratches I had pointed out previously
Dropped car off for service and collected at due time. All work completed and ready to go and cleaned too.

Advised by the BMW dealership in Hungerford my repair should of been covered on warranty. However, knights would not honour the warranty agreement and I was left with a £700 bill.
Yet again I did not receive a call to say that my vehicle was ready for collection. I had to call myself in the afternoon and ask if my car was ready and if the service had been completed without any issues?
On line booking, with prices is very straight forward. It is not a large centre and I like to think that the service is more personal.
Completed within the time specified and fulfilled the needs.

Communication and helpfulness
Overall good experience but customer satisfaction could be improved. If the car is under warranty the centre should happily listen to customer and look into the issue to resolve them promptly.
Miss green was rude & insolent on the phone & refused to give me the service record unless I signed for it there to collect it. I complained to the manager. The ass. manager promised to rectify some of the faults over two hours later.
I was offered a car wash and valet and the service adviser said on handover that it had been, but it had not. The only part of the car that was cleaned was the wing on which the technician had lent on to reach into the engine compartment.

Work completed within the day
I had a number of concerns about aspects of my car. The assistant who returned the car to me simply read the comments on the printout aloud. She seemed uninterested that I was less than satisfied with those comments
Through your ineptness with fixing my car, I had to waste both my time and money returning the car to yourselves as YOUR staff had forgot to put a window trim on.
I have a good relationship with Knights Stafford, my wife and I have been buying cars from the team wince 2012.

Because of Narcia I joked when asked if I had a preference of registration plate that I would like my initials on the end, she was unable to do so but managed to do them in reverse, this must have meant a lot of work for her and was much appreciated
Your staff were very good, the showroom was always welcoming and every question I had was answered.

Everything was to schedule, car waiting all little extra's completed good explanation of the car "although I'm still learning" a lot to take in as you are probably aware.
