Nacia was an amazing sales rep, looked after me as this was the first car I bought over the phone rather than in dealership. Collection was perfect, even gave my 1 year old a teddy which was a lovely personal touch.

As outlined above we had a great experience. Only downside was due to Covid but appreciate that cannot be helped. Having never owned a BMW previously it'd have been good to get a thorough overview of the car.

Kept well informed of the progress of the car in build particularly as COVID did affect delivery considerably.
I was treated respectfully. Made to feel welcome. All of my questions were answered during my visit to the dealership. Once my order was placed I was informed of how the build was progressing and the dates I was given were met.
Shame Covid prevented being able to run through all the features, as you would normally do.
I got the true BMW experience with Karl Garrod and Knight's BMW Stafford.
The salesman Carl was very informative and because of Covid we had to only see the car on a computer video and pick the colour from a swatch he made the experience the best he could
