Nothing was too much trouble, my service adviser on the day Andrea Green look after everything for me during my visit, couldn't be more helpful, she even advised me of my wiper blade needing to be replaced and that was done at the same time.

Soon after i picked the car from bmw my break pad change warning came the pads are fine they didnt clip the sensor back properly so i had to pay someone else to have them sorted as bmw will need me to book an appointment that takes at least 2 wks

Was offered complimentary car valet but didn’t get it. Was told screen wash was topped up but it wasn’t. Didn’t have left hand beam fixed despite being under warranty. Very odd.
