I still have not received my quote, I went back to ask for it, I was kept waiting whilst all your staff sat at their computers. I left after 10 mins, I still don't have my quote.
Resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and returned my car clean and tidy.
Generally satisfied, costing and estimates were always transparent but I sometimes wonder if I'm getting the best value for money, particularly on the cost of replacement parts. I did like the free pick-up taxi service, very handy and convenient.
Because they did fit my car in after i made a fuss
The collection and delivery was very good unfortunately when the driver returned the car at 2.00 pm to my wife he said she was lucky to to get the car returned so early I wouldnt of thought it was his place to talk to the customer in that way
They delivered the job as promised. It would have been 100% had they cleaned the car boot as well!
The service took longer than expected and I had to ask twice why. There are always much larger numbers of staff than seems necessary at this garage and someone should have been available to keep me informed of .

Service of car excellent.Was not offered a drink while waiting to speak to service adviser on arrival. However was offered a drink when waiting to collect car later.Minor point, but a little annoyed as customer following me was offered a drink.
I feel my service experience was below the standard I would expect from a brand like BMW. I am very disappointed with the contact and feedback I received during the day and when I collected my car.

I originally chose a different model but then had second thoughts about it and I was worried about changing my mind but I didnt need to worry as nothing was too much trouble for the garage and I was immediately offered a test drive in another model.
Again the staff are very welcoming and all problems sorted.

1.5 hours to pick up a replacement key fob. The real criticism is that no one gives you an estimate of how long the job will take, or keeps you updated on progress. A couple of offers of a drink from Reception staff though..

Problem identified and update on service requirement.
Had an issue with the car whilst under warranty which wasnt found in its service and MOT. Called to highlight issue and booked in car again. Issue now found after warranty period ceased. Maybe coincidence but leaves me with no confidence in BMW

Brilliant very organised and paper work done quickly Tyre ordered and although no appointments left for the following day to be fitted I was squeezed in so my car was running to max safety and reassurance for me

Great service, information on the issues by web link, taxi service to pick me up, whats not to like.My one comment, is that sometimes it takes time to collect the car, I've been the only one in the "waiting" room, and its taken 20m to be seen
Car was taken in by rac no call to say it had arrived I had to ring twice.During this time the service manager was supposed to call me and Ive still not been called cars memory shown timing faults service should have checked starter motor and crank
Happy with the service that I received, they only thing that I was disappointed with, I was asked if I wanted a complimentary wash and Vac, Of course I did. The car was washed on the outside but was not touched inside. Hence the 4* and not 5*

I always get a good experience when getting my car serviced. The reason for me giving 2 stars is purely based on the sales dept and being slightly mislead when I purchased my PCP car with BMW.
While customer parking is a nightmare and the drive to and from Knights is fairly long, the service and customer care are always good.
Always able to provide the answer or get the answer and always with a smile.

They fixed it in a nut shell. Chris, one of the technicians new exactly what was wrong. Turned out to be the EGR valve.

Knights BMW dealership in Stafford have been first rate throughout. The Sales Executive I dealt with (Tom Vickers) was friendly, efficient and keen to ensure I got exactly what I wanted without making me feel under any pressure.
I am very satisfied with my new BMW 2 series very comfortable and a great time every time i go out in it just awesome.

Would have been 5 - but the BMW system was 'down' meaning the Sat Nav could not be activated
Nothing to much trouble very organised worked aound me. I felt that I was helped to buy the vehicle best suited to my needs with the best package which I absolutly love to drive ??
Nothing was too much trouble. Particularly impressed at pick up when the sales man came to car with me and covered all the functions of the in car computer system.

Personal touch from the managing sales executive was missing along with the information about add ons. I was not told that my car will come with gear pedals and I was given a choice to upgrade and pay for it even when they do.

Nacia was fantastic and had everything arranged and delivered on time. She afforded me lots of her time to familiarise me with the new car and always checked that I was happy.
Wonderful experience. Have driven BMWs for over 25 years and they still managed to make it a special occasion when I bought my new one
