Communication and helpfulness

Overall good experience but customer satisfaction could be improved. If the car is under warranty the centre should happily listen to customer and look into the issue to resolve them promptly.
I was offered a car wash and valet and the service adviser said on handover that it had been, but it had not. The only part of the car that was cleaned was the wing on which the technician had lent on to reach into the engine compartment.
Work completed within the day
I had a number of concerns about aspects of my car. The assistant who returned the car to me simply read the comments on the printout aloud. She seemed uninterested that I was less than satisfied with those comments
Through your ineptness with fixing my car, I had to waste both my time and money returning the car to yourselves as YOUR staff had forgot to put a window trim on.
Prompt efficient service
Service was good, took slightly longer than promised, thought £260 for an oil and filter change was high.
It was a smooth transition booking in & they arranged a taxi for me to work. As the car needed to stay with them another day they arranged a taxi to take me home from work & pick me up the next day to go back to work

The staff are always very friendly, they notified me when my service was completed. In fact my service was completed a lot earlier than anticipated. Every member of staff at Sth Stafford from Management, sales, service, parts, reception etc are great

Happy with work carried out and advice
My car was in for 4 days and problem not sorted yet although it is a difficult one to sort. Also car not cleaned when I collected and was dirtier than when I left it. Also BMW cam front and rear was disconnected, I re-connected when I got home.
A long wait & no update given during this time. This was previously highlighted on the phone the day after the visit.
Car parking very poor/non existent when dropping the car off and when picking my car up parking was made more difficult as there were sales cars parked opposite the 1 free space. Also all car setting for all drivers were lost.
Only thing which let you down was didn't do a good job of cleaning out side of car. When my wife's car comes back from Audi it's like a new pin inside and out. Shame not to see it sparkle after paying so much for a service
This has nothing to do with the staff who were great. This is all down to the TERRIBLE parking at Knights Stafford. The place is rammed full of cars with nowhere to park. I'm not looking forward to my next visit because of it.
I was reassured about the set up of the car which I was concerned about
the pickup and deliver service needs to be improved on the website. for example, the price that this service costs, what exact time the car will be picked.
Everything was dealt with very proffessionally no issues and as a customer I was also treated with genuine respect. Only minor issue was unplugged dashcam,which was more to protect me than dealership itself,but I plugged it back in. So no complaints
Was called at 4pm today the car was ready to go. Arrived to find it hadn't been washed and was parked in. Actually wasn't ready for me to to depart till around 5pm. Also awaiting call back from Andrea regarding my complimentary valet.

Advanced car eye fitted, but no instruction on how to use and no instruction book supplied. I also took a phone call asking if everything was ok to which I explained and was promised a call back over a week ago. I'm still waiting

Much better service than Stratsone Chesterfield. Treated with much more respect and empathy, relating to the problem I was having with my recent approved used 320i from Stratstone Chesterfield.
Great customer service from all and all happy to meet paddy the Yorkshire terrier when l came to settle the bill!
However I bought the car from Stephen James in Enfield London and was not impressed with their customer services; passing the the buck when the arrival of the 47k car was delayed by 8 weeks. And they were not supportive when I found a bumper defect.
The service was good but they failed to consult me prior to making a decision not to solve the brake squeal problem. They decided to wait until the next service when they would replace the brake linings.
For a high end company you are made to feel like more of a number than a valued customer. Long waiting times to just pick up my vehicle from a health check.
I would have given 5 starts if i had been told about the upgrade to the automated lights that was brilliant. . Hy issue is it would have been nice to be told about initially i though the system had failed.
I was phoned when it was ready but still had to wait 10 mins before being called forward & then further waiting whilst they hunted for the car keys. They said they couldn't deal with my loose number plate which I found surprising!
Other than a courtesy car I have no issue
