Good customer service what more do you need
No feed back in first week. I had to chase them up and ask for feedback from the service manager. I was left without transport for the last 3 days as they did not renew the hire agreement with Enterprise. The car was returned filthy with oily hands.
Accurate quote given and courtesy car offered. However, the hourly rate is quite high.
Car collected and returned as arranged, professional service.
Excellent team under the management of Anthony. I have enjoyed the experience of this luxury brand and can't ever imagine moving on from BMW now I have one! I am currently saving for an X3 Anthony ;)
As my service was behind which was discussed at time of booking I should have been told I should have both services done. Not to have the minor service and then get home and it light up on the dash board service due.

Staff were very accommodating when I had to change arrangements for dropping/collecting my car. It was also nice to be offered something other than a basic 3-series as a courtesy car.
Having to wait up to 40 mins to book a car in and up to 20 mins to collect a car is not acceptable. The way I was dealt with when I had the air bag go off in the car which was parked on my drive was shocking.

The promised to do the car service within the day, but actually completed it earlier, and arranged for me to be there to pick the car up. Brilliant!
On leaving the garage after the service my screen showed window washer empty, thought it was just a clinch but arriving at home found it to be empty??

I was not overly impressed with the booking process, the first attempt at booking the garage booked me at the wrong time and date. I also thought that the price of the service had gone up a lot.

As ever we were very pleased with the kind help, advice and standard of workmanship. Both the Reception and Service Teams were most welcoming and helpful - Thank You to all concerned and also for the complimentary valet which was much appreciated.
Visiting there premises is like booking in for a long wait. Happy with the work and everyone is friendly but the waiting seems very excess on a vehicle already booked in. It has happened both time we've been so not a one off.

Just never quite comes together smoothly, makes them seem unreliable.
The only issue was the car had been cleaned to a poor standard and a scratch had not been removed. The team are sorting the issue out well, but just disapointing.
The point of a handover is to make you feel welcome and to ensure that you are confident in the details of your car before leaving. This handover was excellent in both regards.

Our new X3 was sourced Nationally as per our spec, however was late arriving than originally anticipated, but we were kept informed and looked after on it's arrival.
Went with a specific model in mind to purchase. No flannel from the salesman, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. Karl is an extremely experienced salesman.
