Whatever the accident, our dedicated team of experienced accident assistance personnel will help to get you back on the road as quickly and as painlessly as possible.

Even if your insurer suggests another repairer, in most cases you are entitled to have your BMW repaired at a BMW Approved Bodyshop – meaning that you can rest assured that your vehicle is repaired to BMW standards by BMW trained technicians, using only BMW parts and paint.

One call to us on 0845 0175070 and we will speak to your insurance company, arrange damage assessments and book your vehicle into our Approved Bodyshop. Where necessary we can also deal with any third party claimants. If your car is un-drivable, we will organise for it to be recovered to our Bodyshop. 

If the accident was not your fault and you choose to call us, we will provide you with a like for like replacement vehicle for the duration of time that your car is off the road.

In the event of an accident:

Do not leave the scene of an accident until you have checked that everybody involved is unhurt and you have exchanged details with other drivers or involved parties.

• Do you need the emergency services?

In the event of injuries or a dangerous road situation, call 999 immediately. If another driver fails to stop, call the Police.
