Have you got excellent customer service skills? We are looking for a professional, customer focused, enthusiastic person to join our Service team here at Knights. The correct candidate for the post, should possess the following skills and experience:

 

·         Excellent understanding of customer satisfaction and it’s implications

·         Ability to work using own initiative

·         Strong negotiation and selling skills

·         A least 1 years experience of working within the prestige motor industry in a similar role

·         Excellent time management and organisation skills

·         You must be capable of using your initiative and have a methodical and logical approach to work. 

·         Methodical and logical approach to work

·         Initial Diagnostic skills

·         Experience of Kerridge advantageous

·         You should have a professional phone manner and smart appearance.
