Compared to other experience at other vehicle service premises, the service process was very streamlined and efficient.Communication was very good and I spent very little time waiting.

Damage to alloy wheels which the dealership are denying. Complaint raised but failed to call me back when agreed even though I processed the complaint through BMW Customer Services.

As per above. Also on the first visit to Stafford BMW my tyre warning light came on. It transpires the my front nearside tyre now had 3.4 bar of pressure instead of 2.2 bar like the front offside tyre and which both had when I took the car in.

Some costs seems excessive i.e the logo bade for the centre of a wheel was quoted as £24.40. Seriously!

Although we purchased the car September 2nd . 2015 . The car computer system said we needed a service in June.This was when BMW supplied the car to Knights.Would have expected the system to have been altered to suit the vehicle registration.

I was not informed before that my service pack was running out.The charges quoted are in excess.They have even stopped offering tea or coffee while you wait!I can't imagine how a part has come off on its own(jack plate)
