The job was done quickly but my problem has not yet been solved. The EML light problem has since reoccurred and I am told that it is trial and error to resolve the problem.
We are well looked after by all the staff.
My only small gripe, is that sometimes its difficult to get updates on the progress of work

I was contacted to have a manufacturers free modification fitted.After the part was fitted the garage informed me that the rear brake pads required replacing due to wear,although the cars computer was reporting many thousand miles before replacement

The service department were very friendly and helpful, the work was done within a few days. If a car was needed, the service department offered me a courtesy car and my car was given an internal and external clean, which was a nice treat.
Daren , sales staff helped greatly , but surely the receptionist who booked it in should have been more helpful.
The work was completed on time, and my car was cleaned inside and out before being returned to me. I was even advised that the oil needed topping up. The staff even went to get the correct oil for me, from service.
Service advisor Katy made it easy and completeiy understood all my needs and requirments.
Although the "rattle" reported was fed back as rectified I can still hear the rattle. I will be booking my car in again soon for the same problem. This will prove somewhat inconvenient.

Everything was great, but the price to replace my broken sun visor was astronomical!
Work was expensive. I specifically asked for the car not to be washed, but it was and I will likely have a bill from my retailer to remediate the damage done by your washing processes
The navigation usb has not been activated on collection. As it was a Saturday it could not be resolved then and Darren masters called me first thing Monday to confirm he has called our nearest Bmw dealer to sort it out.

Always do their best
I didnt have to wait long for the service. however I was offered a wash and vacuum service for my car. When I got back in to the car the windscreen was so streaky I had to try to clean it myself when I got home.
Great service with no pressured sales, a great range of cars. Adrian was super looking after all my needs and wishes in a car. Robert was also super going through all the finance options. At no point did I feel pressured, I was able test drive cars.
the ladies are brilliant its just the care of the car whilst being repaired that needs looking at
I attended Knights so the service team could look at my alloys and take pictures as it appeared there was corrosion. They confirmed there was corrosion a couple days later but they asked me to come back so they could take more pictures?!?!?!

A warning light was on regarding the tyre monitor. I was told a new tyre was needed so that was supplied. warning light returned immediately and I was then told its a wheel speed monitor. This should have been checked before being returned to me
