Free of charge MOT (awarded 12 months ago).
Getting in touch with service is too difficult. Leave messages with reception that don't get actioned Called at 11:30 to book car on with fault and at 2:30 no one had called back. Constant fault with Knights in Stafford
Very easy to book, helpful and the car was ready within the time I allowed.
I was not informed before that my service pack was running out.The charges quoted are in excess.They have even stopped offering tea or coffee while you wait!I can't imagine how a part has come off on its own(jack plate)
Very satisfied only once existing BMW problem had been resolved by Knights senior management
The fault appeared to be rectified at the time so I was pleased. However when colleating the vehicle it was muddy along the bonnet and nearside.

The service was easy to book and I didn't have to arrange it weeks in advance. My mileage varies quite a lot, so it was important to be able to arrange the service at short notice.

The team there always look after my wife and I extremely well. While I object to a 1200 mile run in service, that's not down to the team. They are always personable, efficient and are very clear with anything that needs attention on the car.
As I travel a lot it is helpful that BMW can pick the car up and return it.

I am still waiting for a requested quotation for paintwork repairs even after contacting the Service Department a week after my car was in the workshop for the change of tyres from winter to summer ones
I had a warning light regarding my run flat tyres so pulled off the motorway. I couldn't add air to the tyre so I went to the local BMW dealership for support.
As well as the service I asked for two things: 1. they were not able to fix the digital clock during the service. 2. I asked for a quote to get the speed limit information on the dashboard. This was not provided.
The stop/start did not work and I was required to return to dealer - the battery was replaced under warranty
Excellent customer service from the two girls on the front desk - very friendly and polite.
As an older woman I cannot check my tyres myself and I asked if they could do this for whilst the car was in for an mot and new brakes. This request was met with s cheery smile and a yes of course - very impressive
