The staff are very helpful and the little extras like coffee, wi-fi and comfy seats all adds to the experience.

I didnt have to wait long for the service. however I was offered a wash and vacuum service for my car. When I got back in to the car the windscreen was so streaky I had to try to clean it myself when I got home.
Great service with no pressured sales, a great range of cars. Adrian was super looking after all my needs and wishes in a car. Robert was also super going through all the finance options. At no point did I feel pressured, I was able test drive cars.
the ladies are brilliant its just the care of the car whilst being repaired that needs looking at
I attended Knights so the service team could look at my alloys and take pictures as it appeared there was corrosion. They confirmed there was corrosion a couple days later but they asked me to come back so they could take more pictures?!?!?!

A warning light was on regarding the tyre monitor. I was told a new tyre was needed so that was supplied. warning light returned immediately and I was then told its a wheel speed monitor. This should have been checked before being returned to me

I came in for a mot, I was called and told there was only 2 minutes left of it and everything was fine. I got back to pick my car up to find it had failed on 2 tyres?? As a result I had to come back the next day as none is stock which is fair enough.
All the questions and problems I had were answered with no hassles

The part required for my car hadn't been ordered so I had to rearrange my week to allow it to be left there an extra day. There are other items but not enough characters to list them.
The staff were polite and helpful. The work was done in full and on time. Parking was a little tight though.

i waited for my vehicle whilst it was being serviced I was told roughly how long the wait would be and the vehicle was ready, washed and returned in that time frame. Refreshments were offered on a number of occasions whilst waiting too.

When ive had my previous vehicle in they collected the car from my home a nice toucb and attempted to resolve issues I had with the sat nav mapping system
Being left in reception for 40mins and being 'forgot' about was frustrating.My light issue was not investigated correctly in the 1st instance.Was told you price match (tyre) when I brought evidence of a price of £140 was told it would be £150.
We are kept updated on a regular basis when our car is with you.
We received a letter regarding the recall for our X1 ,we contacted Knights 3 times over the week before they called us back to arrange things.

Compared to other experience at other vehicle service premises, the service process was very streamlined and efficient.Communication was very good and I spent very little time waiting.
